Kaotic Kraft Kuties: Bedside

About the Kuties:

The Kaotic Kraft Kuties are a Melbourne-based mostly-girl craft collective founded by pop artist and Outré Gallery curator, Gemma Jones. We meet up for afternoon tea, drink champagne and take traditional low-fi Nanna skills and mix it with punk rock attitude.

We believe in spirit before skill - the modern day craft revolution - running with scissors - and saying no to mindless consumer culture. We love hot-glue and think that Grey Gardens is ace.

Learning from each other’s unique skills, our projects are all about things you can make in a day with themes like "Valentine's Day Knickers", "Fancy 50s Fruit", "DIY Badge Day", "Babushka Decorating" and "Australia Day Tea Towels with a Twist".

This site will keep you up-to-date with Kuties sessions and goings on ... and inbetween time it is hijacked by the general crafty/arty musings of Gemma.
